We decided to place the order with Ember & Stone as we could see the great reviews especially for customer service. From the moment the order was placed we were kept up to date with our order, dispatch and delivery. Once our order had arrived there was a slight issue with one of the pieces. We notified Ember & Stone via email and once again was notified until the issue was resolved. I can't fault them in there communications and effort to resolve any issues . I would recomend them and also live the products they choose to sell . All round great purchase experience.

I was even contacted to make sure delivery was at the most convenient time. Product was really well packed and now it’s up and running it makes some of the best pizza we have ever had.
