Stone & Flame is a pizza oven company owned by business partners, Rob and David, located in Birmingham and who were looking to upgrade their pizza oven as their business was expanding.
They were looking for a light commercial use dual fuel pizza oven which they could use for around 20 hours per week and there were a few options which would have suited their needs. However, we recommended the Fontana Marinara dual duel pizza oven in Rosso for that extra flair. There were extra complexities with this order as the oven was being installed into a trailer so we were able to recommend other premium suppliers so they could fit a bespoke flue to fit their space.
