About This Product

Our largest charcoal table grill measures just under a metre long and is built for serious cooking. A firm favourite in professional kitchens, its generous, elongated grilling surface maximises space—making it perfect for searing and grilling meat, fish, and vegetables simultaneously. Whether you are hosting a garden gathering or running a busy service, it comfortably feeds ten to twelve guests.

Care & Maintenance

Routine Cleaning: Brush the grill top while it is still warm to remove debris easily.
Ash Removal: Allow the ash to cool completely before emptying the grill.
Storage: Store in a dry place, or use a heavy-duty cover if it lives outdoors.
Dishwasher Warning: Do not place any part of the grill in a dishwasher.
Deep Cleaning: For stubborn marks, use vinegar or citric acid with wire wool or a wire brush.
Seasoning: Lightly oil the grill top after a deep clean. This is not required after every standard use but helps maintain the surface over time.

Easy 14-Day Returns

We want you to love your new gear. If you do need to make a return, you can request one within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty.

Shipping Information

We work with premium suppliers who may offer different delivery times depending on the courier used and the weight of the item. Our delivery timeline is customised to each item to give you full visibility on the delivery arrival date.

Once your order is confirmed, we will confirm to you when the order is dispatched, please allow 1 - 3 working day for items to be dispatched. If it will be longer than the stated time to dispatch, we will be in touch to let you know. Most of our items will be delivered in 2-3 working days after being dispatched however, we will confirm to you your estimated delivery date and provide you with a tracking number via phone and email.

Majority of items will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest accessible point of our delivery driver to your home.

Return Policy

We have a 14 days returns policy from the point the customer receives the item. Items must be unopened, and unused. Please contact info@emberandstonehouse.com to discuss a return or exchange.
