• 14-Day Returns: If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and sent via a recorded delivery service. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please note that knives and certain blade-related tools are age-restricted products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. A signature and age verification will be required upon delivery.

Shipping Information
We work with premium suppliers who may offer different delivery times depending on the courier used and the weight of the item. Our delivery timeline is customised to each item to give you full visibility on the delivery arrival date.
Once your order is confirmed, we will confirm to you when the order is dispatched, please allow 1 - 3 working day for items to be dispatched. If it will be longer than the stated time to dispatch, we will be in touch to let you know. Most of our items will be delivered in 2-3 working days after being dispatched however, we will confirm to you your estimated delivery date and provide you with a tracking number via phone and email.
Majority of items will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest accessible point of our delivery driver to your home.
