About the Bellagio Wood Fired Pizza Oven Including Trolley

The Bellagio wood fired oven has generous dimensions, almost professional, perfect for lovers of Italian Food and cooking with family and friends. The 80×80 cm cooking surface allows cooking up to 5 pizzas comfortably and over 5 kg of bread. Furthermore, the design of the high thickness stainless steel vault allows the oven to reach the high temperatures necessary for the cooking of a real pizza with a beautiful smoky crust (in a very short time and with very little wood). In addition, the cooking surface of the Bellagio Pizza oven is 3 cm thick refractory material and ensures that is a slow and delicate release of the heat to create a crispy pizza crust.

This pizza oven has thick insulation consisting of ceramic fibre and natural rock wool which allows the oven to keep its temperature for a long time. This also reduces the wood consumption. The insulation at the base of the oven allows its positioning even on delicate materials without any risk. The equipment is completed with a lid, with a large viewing window of the oven. This is there for the most comfortable cooking of all dishes such as roasts, bread, desserts; the handles in anti-scald material, and the thermometer for the most precise control of the cooking temperature.
