The Igneus Classico combines traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering, ensuring consistent and efficient heat distribution for the perfect pizza every time. The Igneus Classico is perfect for families and has been built for outdoor use.

The Classico can cook up to two 12 inch pizzas in 60 seconds. In addition, it can also hold up to two roasting trays for cooking roast dinners and vegetables. The pizza oven cover is sold separately and we highly recommend you purchase with your order to ensure that your oven is kept protected all year around.

Features

Quick Heat Up Time (400°C in 15-20 mins)

The Classico takes 15 - 20 minutes to achieve ideal temperature (400°C) and with an internal cooking temperature of 60cm x 60cm, the Classico has fantastic cooking ability. There is a built-in thermometer on the front left of the oven and this will help you keep track of the internal temperature. However, Ember & Stonehouse always recommend purchasing an infrared digital thermometer as it helps to determine the temperature of the bricks more accurately.

Thicker Pizza Stone for Crispier Pizzas

Igneus Classico uses 28mm bricks and are made to retain the heat from the wood fire. You can use the damper to maintain the heat within the Classico oven and you can use the removable door to adjust the air vents. This technique comes particularly handy when slow cooking meats however, please note that specific cast iron cookware will be needed. Please do not wash the pizza stones with water and soap, we recommend you purchase a brush to keep your pizza stone in tip top condition.

Recommended Fuel

The Classico pizza oven is wood fired and is fuelled by kiln dried hardwood logs. We recommend using kiln dried silver birch as it is quick to light and continues to burn at a high heat. We always recommend silver birch as denser woods take longer to heat up the pizza oven.

Once your order is confirmed, we will confirm to you when the order is dispatched, please allow 1 - 3 working day for items to be dispatched. If it will be longer than the stated time to dispatch, we will be in touch to let you know. Most of our items will be delivered in 2-3 working days after being dispatched however, we will confirm to you your estimated delivery date and provide you with a tracking number via phone and email.

Majority of items will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest accessible point of our delivery driver to your home.
