We advise this as the media can become sooty if overloaded, our stone packs take this into account so will leave the burner element slightly exposed. If you would like more stones, please let us know prior or after ordering so we can accommodate your request.

Once your order is confirmed, we will confirm to you when the order is dispatched, please allow 1 - 3 working day for items to be dispatched. Most of our items will be delivered in 2-3 working days after being dispatched however, we will confirm to you your estimated delivery date and provide you with a tracking number via phone and email.
Majority of items will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest accessible point of our delivery driver to your home.
