5-Year Warranty
Built to last and backed by Blok. Every Blok product comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect pops up, we’ll assess it and gladly repair or replace the affected component. Please note this doesn't cover standard wear and tear, cosmetic changes, misuse, or accidental damage. Your statutory rights remain completely unaffected.

Delivery
Every single product is designed, built, and shipped straight from our workshop in Derbyshire, UK. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or made in small batches, our delivery times reflect this care. You'll find estimated delivery times on each product page. As a rule of thumb, most orders arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. If an item is out of stock or needs a little extra lead time, we’ll get in touch right away with an update. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, and we currently ship across the UK. International customer? Drop us a line before ordering.

Returns
We want you to love your gear. If you need to return a purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original condition (custom or made-to-order pieces can’t be returned unless they’re faulty). To start a return, email us at info@emberandstonehouse.com with your order number. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit. Once approved, your refund will land back in your account within 3 to 5 working days.

Age-Restricted Items
Please note that our knives are age-restricted. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our delivery partners may request age verification upon receipt.

Shipping Information

We work with premium suppliers who may offer different delivery times depending on the courier used and the weight of the item. Our delivery timeline is customised to each item to give you full visibility on the delivery arrival date.

Once your order is confirmed, we will confirm to you when the order is dispatched, please allow 1 - 3 working day for items to be dispatched. If it will be longer than the stated time to dispatch, we will be in touch to let you know. Most of our items will be delivered in 2-3 working days after being dispatched however, we will confirm to you your estimated delivery date and provide you with a tracking number via phone and email.

Majority of items will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest accessible point of our delivery driver to your home.

Return Policy

We have a 14 days returns policy from the point the customer receives the item. Items must be unopened, and unused. Please contact info@emberandstonehouse.com to discuss a return or exchange.
