Our electric grill is designed with two individually adjustable heating elements that cover the entire cooking area. The ability to adjust the heat in the two zones allows you to achieve indirect grilling. This technique is ideal for cooking larger pieces of meat, fish or even vegetables that require more gentle cooking and a longer cooking time. By moving the food away from direct heat and placing it in the indirect heating zone, you can achieve consistent, perfect results every time.
