About the Fontana Forni Marinara Wood Pizza Oven
The Marinara Oven has a 80×80 cm cooking chamber which will cook 4 pizzas or 3 roasting tins at once. It also has a fire tool, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, and a closing door for the cooking chamber to effectively retain the heat.
The fire surface is high quality refractory chamotte which is perfect for food use. The internal structure of the Rosso Marinara Oven is stainless steel, while the external one is electrogalvanized steel treated. In addition, this has paints at high temperature for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is 120mm of natural rock wool in the dome and under the pizza stone which allows to maintain temperature more efficiently. This helps to avoid the external structure from becoming too hot.

Enhanced Insulation
The Marinara wood fired pizza oven has 120mm of rockwool in the dome and tucked into all corners of the oven to ensure effective heat retention and quick heat up times so you can enjoy using your oven faster.
Solid Welding
All joints have been solid welded as opposed to spot welded to create a strong structure and ensure long durability of the product and again, adds to the overall heat efficiency of the oven.
Electrogalvanised Treated Steel
This process reduces corrosion of the steel and leads to reduced annual maintenance adding to the overall longevity of the product.
