To keep your HAKO grill performing at its best for a lifetime, follow these simple steps:
a) Clean the Grates: Brush the grill top with a wire brush while it is still warm. For a deeper clean, use vinegar or citric acid with wire wool, and finish with a light coat of cooking oil to season.
b)Empty the Ash: Always allow the ash to cool completely before emptying the base.
c) Storage: Store in a dry place. If kept outside, always use a protective cover.
d) Dishwasher Warning: Do not place any part of this grill in a dishwasher.

Handcrafted Quality: Many of our BLOK products are made by hand or in small batches in Derbyshire.
Timeline: Most orders are dispatched and delivered within 5 working days. Estimated lead times are detailed on individual product pages.
Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's size and weight. We currently ship across the UK (for international enquiries, please contact us prior to ordering).
Returns
14-Day Window: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Please note that custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

5-Year Warranty
Every product is backed by the Ember & Stonehouse 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect occurs, we will repair or replace the component. This does not cover standard wear and tear, cosmetic ageing, or misuse.

Knives and sharp accessories are age-restricted products. By placing an order, you confirm you are over 18 years of age. A signature and age verification will be required upon delivery.

Shipping Information
We work with premium suppliers who may offer different delivery times depending on the courier used and the weight of the item. Our delivery timeline is customised to each item to give you full visibility on the delivery arrival date.
Once your order is confirmed, we will confirm to you when the order is dispatched, please allow 1 - 3 working day for items to be dispatched. If it will be longer than the stated time to dispatch, we will be in touch to let you know. Most of our items will be delivered in 2-3 working days after being dispatched however, we will confirm to you your estimated delivery date and provide you with a tracking number via phone and email.
Majority of items will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest accessible point of our delivery driver to your home.

Return Policy
